I think, I got it.
The big problem with the Falcons is the dead cap with over 80 million.
So I had to cut a lot of players which is jist as difficult because most of them got a big bonus and you can save only a few bucks.
These players will be cut (player/pos/exp/cap save in million)

3. Bradford / DT / R / 2.62
4. Thomas / QB / R / 1.69
5. Shaw / DT / R / 1.66

13. Perry / RB / 10 / 0.41
14. Hileman / WR / 11 / 0.39
This will free up circa 20.2 million.
I also expand the contrats with Noel (RB) and Clemente (WR) = + 0.9 m
Summarized:
56 player - 14 cuts = 42 rosterspots
Cap space after the next sim + 2.35 m
With the rest of the cap I would try get players to fill up the roster.
After the pre season I will keep the falcons a few games or maybe until the end of the season, just to make sure, that the franchise is in good shape for a new owner.
